Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless otherwise stated.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged during shipping
- Incorrect or missing items
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
